Many people unnecessarily postpone filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy out of fear that they cannot find a name and address for every single creditor to whom money is owed.

Similarly, other folks who have already filed a Chapter 7 case unnecessarily worry for years afterwards that a creditor may have been overlooked, and that the creditor is not clearly identified in the bankruptcy documents.
