Filing bankruptcy was a very hard decision for us, after just one meeting with Mr. MaGee, he and his staff made us feel confident in our decision, and put us at ease. When we went to our initial meeting I was on maternity leave, but at the time of our signing appointment I had gone back to work. Mr. MaGee had to redo all our filing paperwork to reflect the change in income, he didn’t push back our signing, instead he sat right there at the table with me and re did all the paperwork so that we could get it signed and filed before he went on vacation preventing us from waiting another month to file. In addition my husband works out of town and was not able to attend the signing appointment, Mr. MaGee allowed me to email the forms to my husband to sign and email back to ensure we filed in a timely manner. He was great to work with, and put us at ease every step of the way.

I was always kept informed of procedures. There were a few times when I did not understand things, but was able to call your office and was greeted after a couple of rings by a very friendly staff (not a machine) who either was able to answer my questions or find an answer for me. How very nice it was to have a real person answer the phone and not leave a voicemail not knowing “if” or when you will get a call back!!
